For those who've been using my In-Home Walking™ system, I've
now created a series of brief workouts to target specific
muscle groups and make them really strong. Like my other
tapes, they can be used anytime in the comfort of your own
home, and each 30-minute workout begins with a warm-up. Once
or twice a week is enough to start turning your body into a
real fat-burning machine. You simply won't believe how
shapely and lean you will look and feel—I promise you!
Short Cuts
For the Abs: Here we focus on the abdominals with some
high-energy music and some fun and easy exercises to get
your blood pumping. They offer complete conditioning for
your entire midsection-the abdominals, the waistline muscles
on the side, and the back. A 31 minute workout.

For the Upper Body: This 30-minute, strength-training
workout provides firming and great conditioning for the
upper body. So you get toned, lean sexy arms. But if you've
been walking with me, you know we always begin with a brisk
warm-up to high-energy music. Once we've warmed up, my
Shortcuts® workouts challenge a specific muscle group and
make it strong. You won't believe how great your upper body
will look and feel. Best of all, if you tuck in your abs and
draw back your shoulder blades while you're walking, you'll
get good natural posture into the bargain.

For the Lower Body: Here we turn to the muscles in your lower body with a
strength-training workout that will give you lean, toned and
sculpted hips, thighs and glutes. You'll also get a good,
healthy posture while you're working out. A 30 minute
workout.
