Anyone can workout at home and set their own pace unless otherwise advised by their physician, due to serious health reasons.

Please consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.

 

Beginners:  For the ones who are just getting started, hasn't exercised in the past six months and are seriously overweight.

Intermediate: Physically quite active. Takes part in sports, fitness, dance or some sought of physical exercise several times a week.

Advanced: Physically very active. One who has been taking part in sports and other fitness four or more times per week in the past 6 months.
